"I had the pleasure of working with Lainie. One of our vehicles would not turn over as we tried to start it in the morning and as you can imagine, we freaked out. After contacting her she made me aware of our roadside assistance coverage that we had and I was able to get a tow truck driver out here within 15 minutes to get my car to the mechanic shop.
