"Need insurance? Call Mike Bashore. He makes it easy as giving someone a high five. Exceptional service, I call Mike directly and he takes care of everything personally. Literally called him from Greece today when I got an unexpected email regarding an auto insurance claim I made. Had an answer within 10 minutes. Faster than the mojito I had just ordered. 5 out of 5 stars. Every time"

"Kory is awesome!! No pressure sales.. my premium for went down half the amount that progressive was With better coverage and lower deductibles! Homeowners went down $400 a year again with better deductibles and better coverage! Highly recommend giving State Farm a try."

"I have been a customer of State Farm. For several years now! The Rochester Hills branch, Mike Bashore, They have always helped me (and responded quickly) to any questions or concerns that have arisen throughout the years! Lainie, in particular, has always been courteous upon my calls, and if she didn’t have an answer for me at the moment, she always seemed to get back as promptly as she could. I automatically relax (in a situation) when I hear her voice because I know she’s got me! So, when I had cause to move or relocate, it’s their office I keep in touch with! They really care! I’d like to take this moment to “recognize” them to the public! They’re just a “phone call away” and I promise you won’t be sorry you do!
